Murmur — Privacy Policy

Murmur is a voice-first Apple Watch assistant. You dictate a question and receive a short spoken answer. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account email — to create and authenticate your account.
• Your questions — the text of each question you ask is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your answer. We store a usage record (timestamp and token counts) to enforce daily limits and manage costs; we do not sell or share the content of your questions.

What we do NOT collect

• No advertising identifiers, no third-party trackers, no analytics SDKs.
• Audio is transcribed to text on Apple's systems; we never store raw audio.

Where data lives

Account and usage data are stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) backend. Questions are processed transiently by Anthropic's Claude API to produce answers.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from the iPhone app, which removes your profile and usage records. Contact us to request a copy of your data.
